Yes. We approach the issue of healthcare with the utmost responsibility. Throughout the event, there will be a sufficient number of qualified medical staff present, as well as an ambulance for any potential injuries to participants or health complications for visitors. Your safety is our priority.
Yes, there will be several food and drink stalls on site.
We recommend purchasing tickets in advance — capacity is limited and availability on the day of the event cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, ticket prices gradually increase as the event date approaches!
Yes, costumes and cosplay are welcome. However, please no functional weapon replicas or metal blades. Props must be made of lightweight materials (foam/plastic) and security may refuse inappropriate items. Keep in mind that the event lasts all day, so choose an appropriate costume.
Children under 8 years old are not allowed entry to the event, even if accompanied by an adult. Entry with strollers, carriers, or toddlers is not possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Unfortunately, no. With the exception of assistance and guide dogs, animals are not allowed entry into the arena. However, due to the nature of the event, we do not recommend entry even with assistance or guide dogs.

We prefer contactless payments (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Cash is also accepted, but it may extend waiting times in queues.
Yes, the supervised cloakroom on the ground floor of the arena will be open throughout the event (9:00 AM – 10:00 PM). The fee is 30 CZK per item.
Yes, upon registration you will receive a wristband that allows repeated entry to the Home Credit Arena throughout the day. Do not remove the wristband – entry will not be possible without it.
We are negotiating with local hotels nearby to secure the best conditions for you - We will provide specific information here in due time.

There is a large parking lot with a capacity of 540 spaces + 17 spaces reserved for visitors with severe disabilities. The parking is right opposite the Homecredit Arena, see map.
You can also leave your car at paid parking lots near the Fügnerova terminal and take line no. 17 to the Arena:
OC Forum Liberec parking lot (Soukenné náměstí 2a/669, 460 01 Liberec) - the first 3 hours are free, each additional half-hour costs 30 CZK.
LK parking garage (Náchodská 680/2, 460 01 Liberec) - 30 CZK for 24 hours.

Bus line no. 17: From the center of Liberec (Fügnerova terminal) directly to the area (Stop Arena)
Tram lines no. 2 and 3: Get off at the Staré Pekárny stop, from there it is approximately a 10-minute walk.
By car: There is a designated parking area for visitors located directly next to the Home Credit Arena, with a capacity of 540 parking spaces plus 17 spaces reserved for persons with severe disabilities
From Prague: The fastest route to the Arena takes approximately 1:08 minutes.
Entry to the event is allowed from 8 years old. Individuals younger than 15 may enter the premises only when accompanied by a person over 18, who takes full responsibility for them and must have their own valid ticket. For safety reasons, the accompaniment ratio is set at 1 adult for a maximum of 2 children (8–14).
The ticket is sufficient in electronic form, but we recommend printing it out to bring with you.
Purchased tickets can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. After this period, refunds are no longer provided; the amount for the purchased tickets will be credited to you for purchases on swaglift.com.
